Not a simple answer! Ha! My mother is French Canadian, my Father is Scottish… I was Born in Quebec City, lived in southern England until I was a teen, my parents moved back to Canada briefly where they left me 2 years later. I stayed there through my 20s while they went off to Texas finding themselves back in the UK a couple of years later. I moved to Rotterdam the Netherlands in 2009, to Brighton UK a couple of years later and now I find myself back in Holland, in Amsterdam. I am too British to be fully Canadian, too new world to be European and now too continental to be English haha! I am the only person in my family with a North American accent (it’s softened but it won’t go haha). I am starting to speak English as though it were my second language haha and my Dutch still sucks! ;)
